SAN FRANCISCO – March 1, 2022 – Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), the global leader in CRM, today announced that its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2022 financial results exceeded expectations, driven by strong demand for its customer relationship management (CRM) software and services.

Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2022 Highlights:

  • Revenue was $7.33 billion, up 26% year-over-year.
  • Subscription and support revenue was $6.64 billion, up 25% year-over-year.
  • Professional services and other revenue was $688 million, up 35% year-over-year.
  • Operating income was $1.03 billion, up 36% year-over-year.
  • Net income was $790 million, up 40% year-over-year.
  • Diluted earnings per share were $1.01, up 40% year-over-year.

Fiscal Year 2022 Highlights:

  • Revenue was $26.49 billion, up 25% year-over-year.
  • Subscription and support revenue was $23.34 billion, up 24% year-over-year.
  • Professional services and other revenue was $3.15 billion, up 30% year-over-year.
  • Operating income was $3.88 billion, up 35% year-over-year.
  • Net income was $2.68 billion, up 36% year-over-year.
  • Diluted earnings per share were $3.34, up 36% year-over-year.
